It's Friday! And you know what that means! The work week is over (well, not for us San Diego Realtors), and it's time for another San Diego Foreclosure Friday! This week we are checking out the best foreclosure deals in downtown San Diego.

Downtown San Diego used to just mean the Convention Center, the Gaslamp, Horton Plaza, some hotels and a few high-rise condos. Besides the few blocks of the Gaslamp and the cruise ships in the bay, there wasn't much reason to go downtown. But all that has changed over the last 10 years!

Everywhere you look there is a new high-rise condo that either just went up or is on it's way. Some of San Diego's best restaurants, hottest night-clubs, and glitziest hotels are all downtown.
